Southern Governors may look a gift horse in the mouth

Many southern republican governors including Georgia Governor, Sonny Perdue may refuse economic stimulus money.“Some of it is very helpful and some of it we’re still analyzing,” Perdue said Sunday in an interview at the National Governors Association meeting here. “We’re going to be doing due diligence on each one of these components and deciding what’s in the best long-term interest of Georgians." I sure hope he knows that what is in the best interest of Georgians is to put aside foolish party pride and work with the federal government to get the economy back on track. The stimulus money has allready been approved, whats not used in the south will just used in other parts of the country.
