Scout.com's #1 ranked recruit, South Atlanta High School senior Derrick Favors finally announced his college decision today. Favors chose Georgia Tech over UGA & NC State. Favors cited "the history" , "the number of guys they put in the NBA" and the fact that he "wanted to play in the ACC". Favors joins an allready rich recruiting class at Tech for next season that includes shooting guard Glenn Rice Jr. of Walton and Oak Hill Academy's Brian Oliver.
